GEGs are all about the people like you. People who attend events. People who share and present ideas. People who speak up and people who lurk. Everyone in this GEG contributes in their own way. Our members are mostly teachers, but can be anyone. Anyone interested in discovering more about the ways that technology can be used to enrich and transform teaching and learning.

GEGs also need leaders to coordinate and plan events, to have ideas and turn them into action for the benefit of members. GEG Leaders are volunteers who are passionate about the way technology can transform teaching and learning, and are willing to help make that happen.

Chris has been a teacher for many years, first of visual art, but later of technology, design, computing and multimedia. He is a Google Certified Innovator from SYD11, a Google Certified Trainer, Google Certified Administrator, Adobe Education Leader, and also spent 6 years working with the Google for Education team in Sydney.
